Unless stated in stock, all items will be pre-order. Pre-order can take between 10-14 days.

Please state in the note section before checkout, if there is a specific date you will need to receive your item by. We will do our very best to accommodate this, however, this isn't a guarantee, especially on pre-order items.

Shipping- All items are sent, standard second class signed for. If you require next day delivery, this is only available for in stock items. 

 

Your item(s) will be dispatched within 2 working days.  If you have an item in your order that is on Pre-order we will ship all items together once the pre-order item is in stock., Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for how long it takes, once in the hands of Royal Mail. We are not obliged to pay a refund if item does not arrive with you in the original estimated time.

World wide shipping is available, please contact us and we will be able to give you quote on shipping costs. (Royal Mail tracked and signed service).

Exchange policy- All orders are exchange only, unless your item is faulty. All exchanges must be posted back within 7 days of receiving your item, with a note in the parcel stating your name, explanation for the exchange and what item and/or size you would like to exchange for.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

YES! All items can be shipped worldwide. Items are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked and signed, contact us for a quote.  

 

How do I return an item?

 

You are liable to return your item, at your own cost. I recommend using Royal Mail as it is the quickest and most efficient postal service in the UK. If order is worth more than £20, I recommend using Royal Mail signed for, as this will cover the appropriate value of your item, should it be damaged or lost during transit. This also applies to international customers, however, Royal Mail is not available to you, therefore, use your countries alternative. 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

All returns are exchange only, unless item is faulty. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Please make sure to add a note in your parcel stating name, reason for return and the item/or size you would like to exchange for.

How do I track my order?

 

If you wish to track your order, please contact us via email or social media and we will be able to provide you with a tracking number, that can be used on Royal Mails website. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

 

What size will I need?

Each item will have its own size guide and will be stated if your item runs small, true to size or large. This will be based on the sample model size 8. On items such as furs, they can be made in standard true to size sizes, however, if you're between sizes or are unsure on what size to choose, we can custom make your fur, based on your shoulder to shoulder measurement, bust, waist and arm length in (cm), please put these measurements in the note section at checkout, if your require a custom fur.

Payment methods

We currently do not offer payment plans on any items. All items need to be paid in full via PayPal or card payments. Collections are not available.
